Notice of Meeting

Dear IPYC members,

It is time for our Annual General Meeting. Your participation is important and like last year, we will have a cocktail dinner from 6 pm. Various bites will be offered and the bar will be open for this occasion (drinks will be at your own expenses). The evening will take place as follows:

6 pm: Cocktail open
7 pm: Awards ceremony of races and other recognition
7:30 pm: Annual General Meeting

You will find below the official notice of meeting with the agenda and a link allowing you to consult the minutes of the spring meeting and the special bylaws meeting. Copies will also be available on site.
