In order to provide a healthy and safe environment for all members, we ask that those who plan on coming to the club this summer fill in the attached code of conduct.
Important points:
- Members who do not complete this form will not be authorized to launch their boat nor to come to the club.
- We remind you of the importance to read carefully and respect the new Directives for physical distancing and sanitation before completing this form.
- Furthermore, please remember to advise the membership chairmanimmediately if you prefer not to launch your boat this summer.
- The deadline to complete this form AND advise the membership chairman of your intentions is Monday June 1st.
We are also announcing that the spring general assembly will exceptionally take place by videoconference this year. The date chosen is Tuesday June 9th at 7:30 p.m. A meeting notice with all the necessary information will soon be sent out.
Regarding launch dates, we are looking at the weekend of June 12, 13 and 14. These dates will be confirmed shortly. Make sure you get your boats ready in time!
We are also letting you know that many clubs have contacted us to suspend reciprocals for the season and we have also decided to suspend our reciprocals this year.
This situation has completely disrupted our season and we are aware of the impacts all this can have on you. Please rest assured that all sailing clubs are in the same boat and we must respect directives issued by public health authorities.
